My heroes all rode horses, and so did I, and I still do. With 40+ years of training professionally, from gentle backing to snaffle bit training to show ring competition to TV and movie wrangler, I keep my schooling sessions enjoyable, interesting and rewarding for both horse and rider. Over the years my horse activities have brought me many pleasurable and worthwhile projects and I've come in contact with many wonderful people. I believe we should all stick with our dreams and remember only those who dare to lose, win.

My Evergreen Acres Training Facility is a learning place for horses and riders. It's where the basics are taught, reviewed and applied to all disciplines. You can be sure no matter what the riding style or discipline, your lessons will be pleasant with good results and true understanding of each task. I believe the key to teaching successfully is to be clear, consistent, have patience and a good sense of humor.
